2 c apple juice
1 t ground cinnamon
4 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored, and halved
1 can canned pumpkin puree
2 t poppy seeds
- Bring apple juice, cinnamon to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add apples; lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from heat. Divide canned pumpkin among serving bowls, top with warm apples and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
